Vulvar Syringoma
Abstract
Syringoma is a benign tumor of the eccrine sweat gland duct. Lesions are small flesh colored to yellowish papules. They are usually asymptomatic and permanent and affect mainly females. Eyelids, neck and chest are the sites of predilection.
Syringoma of the vulva is a rare disorder and limitation of the lesions of this site appears unique.
The lesion should be considered in the differential diagnosis of multicentric papular lesions of the vulva and the differential diagnosis can be made clinically and histologically without difficulty.
A 50 years old female has lesion showing characteristic finding of syringoma localized on the vulvar lesion.
